The cable is what matters

Solar cable IBC FlexiSun

What are the main components of a PV system? To be precise: Modules, inverters, the substructure. However, there are even more… plugs, fuses, terminal boxes… and a lot of solar cables. And these cables are exactly what our current blog article is all about. System planners solely focus all too often on the main components. These components must be of high quality and durable. However, very often defective solar cables cause a system failure. (mehr…)

Auf die Leitung kommt es an

Solarleitung IBC FlexiSun

Welches sind die Hauptkomponenten einer PV-Anlage? Genau: Module, Wechselrichter, Unterkonstruktion.

“Mounting systems” blog series part 5: What else experts should know

It is important for the solar energy system to be securely fixed to the roof of all installations – and every roof has its own specific requirements. I would like to take the opportunity with this and other blog entries on the subject of “mounting systems” to present the typical mounting options to operators and installers for the most frequent roof types and give them recommendations. Today our topic is practical tips. (mehr…)
